Three-Manual Allen Organ

Lake Washington

The congregation of Lake Washington United Methodist Church desired traditional pipe organ sound and had planned to install a pipe organ in their dramatic and sizable new sanctuary. However, because of the church's location in the high tech corridor near Seattle, it was not surprising that they took into consideration the benefits in cost and increased sound capabilities that a digital instrument offered, and turned to Allen to design an installation to solve their needs. Music directors Dick and Carol Kite are thrilled with the Allen three-manual console they chose. It fills the large, open spaces of the sanctuary with glorious sound.
