Organ of the Week

Allen Elite™ Opus VIII is a four-manual, 69 stop instrument with a 42 channel custom audio system. It is scheduled for installation in the Dakar Cathedral in Dakar, Senegal.

    • Dual TV monitor with custom enclosure finished to match console; cameras
    • Console is "Tropicalized" to help it withstand environmental conditions
    • Lighted, adjustable-height, rigid, lattice wood music rack
    • Elite black stop tabs with MIDI Couplers in maple
    • Walnut Division divider strips
    • Drawknobs: black, Elite-style, maple faces; reeds engraved in red; sequential numbering
    • Dedicated Trompette en Chamade manual
    • Skinner-style keycheeks
    • Keyboards: rosewood sharps, ivora naturals, red felt above manuals
    • Black pistons with white engraving; red Tutti I and Tutti II
    • Brass toe studs
