The MDS-Expander II™ features 100 stunningly realistic voices, including a Zimbelstern that emulates every aspect of its mechanical counterpart. The voice list ranges from solo and ensemble instruments to theatre organ posthorns and percussions, and includes a wide variety of classical organ sounds that give even smaller organs the versatility to play literature of every style.
The flexibility of the MDS-Expander II™ offers thousands of possibilities. Up to four Expander voices are available simultaneously, and each may be assigned to a different organ division. When used with Allen MDS, Renaissance™, or Protégé™ organs, the Expander's special design allows complete control from the organ console. Volume is adjusted using the organ's expression shoes, and a unique "Set" button links Expander settings to the organ capture system. No other sound module integrates with an organ console as fully and easily as the MDS-Expander II™.
