Allen Elite™ Opus IV

Randy Miller, Designer

The Elite program places the resources and expertise of the world's premier organ builder at the disposal of the world's finest organ designers. Each Elite organ is the embodiment of well-articulated musical ideals. Every console is a numbered Opus. Each Elite owner is rewarded with a world-class instrument of uncompromised excellence and exceptional beauty.

Elite™ Organ Opus IV Tonal Philosophy

Continuing the purpose of the Elite design philosophy, Allen built Elite Opus IV, a re-creation of an Arp Schnitger organ with samples taken from one of this famous builder's North German-style organs. This unique instrument is a two-manual instrument with 30 stops and 20 channels of audio.

Originally intended for concert and demonstration purposes in Octave Hall in our International Headquarters building in Macungie, Pennsylvania, Opus IV has instead enjoyed critical acclaim touring the United States. It has also appeared at the North American Music Merchants Convention as well as the American Guild of Organists Convention.
