Allen Ensemble™ Control without complexity. Quality without compromise. The Allen Ensemble™ has the sounds and features organists want most and is built with incomparable Allen quality. The Allen Ensemble features 128 stunningly realistic General MIDI voices and 94 unique Allen-sampled sounds ranging from theatre organ posthorns and percussions to a wide variety of classical stops that give even smaller organs the versatility to play literature of every style—plus 21 additional Allen-sampled orchestral instruments! The Ensemble provides two modes of operation. Preset Mode allows independent programming of one or two Ensemble voices to up to four organ divisions for a total of eight simultaneously available voices. Ensemble Presets may be called from the General Pistons of any MIDI-equipped Allen organ. In addition to the Preset Mode, the Ensemble offers a General MIDI Mode perfect for playing back Standard MIDI files containing General MIDI sequences. In this mode, the Ensemble also offers access to an additional 159 MIDI Variation Sounds, eight Drum Set Sounds (with over 100 variations) and one set of SFX sounds with 41 different variations. Selected sounds and the organ divisions to which they are assigned are easily read from the Ensemble's LCD screen. When used with Allen organs, the Ensemble's user-friendly design allows complete control from the organ console. Volume is adjusted using the organ's expression shoes and a unique "Set" button links settings to the organ capture system. No other sound module integrates with an organ console as fully and easily as the Allen Ensemble. Available in console-top or built-in configuration.
