The state-of-the-art electronics inside every Allen console are assembled in our factory. The comprehensive scope of Allen's electronic manufacturing facilities provide both through-hole and surface mount capabilities.
Auto-Insertion -
Through-hole circuit boards are constructed
using computerized insertion machines. The individual components
are automatically supplied to the insertion head from feeder tubes
in the top of the machine. The leads of the components are then
crimped and cut in preparation for the soldering process.
