This new organ recently installed in DeVos Chapel at Coral Ridge Presbyterian Church, Fort Lauderdale, Florida, utilizes a 58-stop Diane Bish Signature Series™ Allen pipe combination organ controlling 20 ranks of pipes, including a Trompette en Chamade. Burton K. Tidwell oversaw the details of the organ including pipe scaling and tonal finishing. The casework was built by Robert L. Sipe, Inc. Pipework was supplied by A. R. Schopp and Organ Supply.

Allen offers the only digital organs to
bring the science of sampling to acoustics!

Ordinary electronic reverb is a synthetic imitation of acoustics "applied to" the sound, not created as an integral part of it. Acoustic Portrait™ produces the real thing in exacting detail! Allen engineers have recorded the acoustics of cathedrals and other acoustically desirable buildings throughout the world. Through an advanced real-time mathematical process called convolution, the acoustics of these sampled rooms are stored in the organ's computer memory and actually become an integral part of the organ's sound. This produces a noticeably smoother, more natural result than synthetic reverb - Acoustic Portrait reproduces the true acoustic response of each original room with stunning realism! Allen organs featuring Acoustic Portrait include 10 different portraits, ranging from intimate rooms to cavernous cathedrals.
